Lazy Weekends Are THE Best Kind

This weekend has been....well peaceful and lazy. After what seemed like the longest week ever, from having to drive 3 hours to a workshop, spend all day there, then drive home 3 hours, to finishing up the week with my little friends and then having a huge decision weighing on my mind, the weekend was just what the doctor ordered.

Friday, Michael and I grabbed some fast food for dinner (YAY) and then just seriously spent some time together on the couch. I watched him play his video game, he didn't watch me blog, and I got to just breathe for the first time this week.

On Saturday, Michael got up early to go work, so I figured I'd get up with him. Talk about getting alot done. I had the laundry washed, the house picked up, myself bathed, and I had already gone to walmart before 11am. I got to do some crafting, some sitting, some blog and html code learning, and some snuggling with the pup. The weather here in Texas has just been amazing so I sat outside and tried to soak in some Vitamin D for my pale skin...Where are you summer?!

Yesterday, my sister had called me twice at like 11 at night Saturday, so I woke up frantic waiting for her to call me back. I was sitting around in my pjs when she called to tell me her and my mom wanted to come down to visit for the night. So what did we do...we planned for me to meet them at the mall and us girls do some shopping. Talk about a great end to the weekend. I got a new couch for our living room, some brand new red wine glasses that we put to good use last night, and some fun crafting stuff so I can link up with Stephanie at A beautiful mess. :) YAY
